Amazing Artist: Jacqui Chanarin

Good Morning All!

Last night, SF went to an amazing poetry reading in Brooklyn, and there met an incredibly fresh young artist. We got on like a porcelain house on fire.

Her name is Jacqui Chanarin. A Londoner by way of South Africa, Ms. Chanarin creates the most beautiful petite porcelain sculptures.

Check 'em out:

Aren't they wonderful?! And each could rest cozily in the palm of your hand. Minty.

Apart from being super-cute and nice smelling, Jacqui is also an incredibly polite and interesting person. People like that must be supported.

Luckily, you can easily support Ms. Chanarin by heading over to the New Museum, (which you should do anyway,) and by purchasing one of her pieces from the museum store downstairs, which she assured me was one of the better museum stores in town.

I hope y'all like her stuff as much as we do!

Jacqui Chanarin is represented by eyestorm in London

And she's got her own site: Chopped Liver

Isn't it exciting to have so many talented people around, producing so much tasty art?
We certainly think so.

Have a great Wednesday.

Love to all,

-SFNYC
